Role Description We are looking for a Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time role with some flexibility for remote work.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Responsible for sales development on microscope for the region.
  • Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc.
  • Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
  • The Medical Device Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
  • Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity
  • Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ ZSM
  • Daily reporting and feedback of customer calls.
  • Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.
  • Analyze the region and market\'s potential, track sales.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
  • Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.
  • Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.
  • Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master\'s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and Business management experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory product
