Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territory.
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in
hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions
.
Promote and demonstrate medical equipment to doctors, department heads, purchase managers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the service and support teams for smooth installation and after-sales service.
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-7 years of proven experience
in sales of
medical equipment
to hospitals/medical colleges.
Strong network and connections with purchase departments, doctors, and decision-makers in healthcare.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
