The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and chemists. The role requires building strong customer relationships, driving prescription generation, and ensuring product availability in the market. The MR acts as a bridge between the company and healthcare providers, contributing directly to sales growth and brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
Visit pharmacies, distributors, and hospitals to generate sales and ensure product availability.
Organize CMEs, product presentations, and marketing activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Collect market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing, and campaigns.
Maintain regular reporting, call records, and territory management data.
Build long-term relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to increase market share.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. / B.Pharm / Graduate in Life Sciences.
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, persuasive ability, target orientation, interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
