Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctors (especially pulmonologists and general physicians) to explain product features, usage, and benefits.
Conduct detailed pharmacist campaigns to improve product visibility and brand awareness.
Meet and coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, awareness activities, and product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular market feedback.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, doctor interactions, and sales reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Must have 1 - 3 years of experience in healthcare/pharma sales.
Skills:
Strong network of doctors, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, distributors.
Candidate must have good rapport with the doctors, distributors and retail counters.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to travel.
