Job Summary:

The Medical Representative (MR) will be responsible for promoting and selling professional imported korean skincare solutions to dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty chains, and pharmacies. The role involves product education, demand generation, and achieving sales targets while building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion

Promote and sell dermatology and aesthetic skin care products to medical professionals and clinics. Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and demonstrations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Development

Identify new customers, clinics, and distribution opportunities. Develop relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and skincare specialists. Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned territories.

Product Knowledge & Training

Maintain a thorough understanding of product formulations, indications, and clinical benefits. Provide post-sales support and technical guidance to customers. Participate in company training programs and CME (Continuing Medical Education) events.

Reporting & Administration

Submit daily call reports, feedback, and competitor intelligence. Maintain records of interactions, prescriptions, and order closures. Coordinate with distributors and logistics for timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred). 1-3 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sales (Fresher with strong communication skills may be considered). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Familiarity with local dermatology and aesthetic clinic networks is an advantage.
