Senior Medical Representative with 10+ years of experience in Ayurvedic products
. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Ayurveda and herbal formulations, a well-established network of doctors, practitioners, and distributors, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets. This role demands a consultative approach to sales, scientific promotion, and territory development.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines, OTC products, and wellness supplements to Ayurvedic doctors (BAMS), general practitioners, pharmacies, wellness centers, and hospitals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new healthcare professionals and channel partners.
Provide in-depth product knowledge based on Ayurvedic principles and scientific research.
Plan and execute territory coverage to ensure effective customer reach and frequency.
Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, health camps, product demos, and group meetings.
Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Train and mentor junior medical representatives (if required).
Ensure timely stock availability and coordinate with the distribution network for smooth supply chain management.
Maintain accurate sales reports, call logs, and customer records.
