: ₹20,000 -
25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours

: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Responsibilities

:

Sales & Promotion

: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, chemists, and hospitals.

Market Research

: Monitor and report on market trends and competitor products to enhance company sales.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range and industry trends.

Relationship Building

: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Sales Targets

: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and increasing sales.

Reporting

: Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports of sales calls, visits, and sales achievements.

Product Sample Distribution

: Distribute product samples to doctors and medical institutions as per the guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

:

Education

: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or any related field.

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.

Skills

: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of medical terminology and the pharmaceutical market. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Others

: Local knowledge of Newtown, Kolkata is preferred. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
