To promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products by building strong relationships with doctors, dermatologists, hospitals, chemists, and stockists, while achieving assigned sales targets and ensuring ethical promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Customer Management
Regularly visit doctors (Dermatologists / Physicians / GPs as per territory).
Generate prescriptions through scientific product detailing.
Build long-term relationships with key doctors and opinion leaders.
Organize and attend CMEs, product launches, and promotional activities.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Implement sales strategies and promotional plans in the territory.
Increase brand awareness and market share.
Chemist & Stockist Coordination
Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists.
Collect secondary sales data and market feedback.
Coordinate for timely order placement and collections if applicable.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily call reports (DCR), tour plans, and expense statements.
Provide competitor analysis and market intelligence.
Follow company SOPs, compliance, and ethical promotion guidelines.
Territory Development
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Expand coverage and improve customer reach in assigned territory.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Science preferred)
B.Pharm / B.Sc / D.Pharm will be an advantage
