Job Description

A Medical Representative (MR) promotes and sells pharmaceutical products/medical devices to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses) by building relationships, providing scientific product info, meeting sales targets, and gathering market feedback, acting as a vital link between the company and medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion:

Informing healthcare professionals (HCPs) about new drugs, equipment, their benefits, usage, dosages, and side effects.

Sales & Targets:

Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals for assigned territories.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and clinics.

Information Dissemination:

Presenting scientific data, clinical trial results, and literature to support product claims.

Market Intelligence:

Collecting feedback from HCPs and gathering competitor information to report back to the company.

Territory Management:

Planning and executing daily/weekly schedules for visits and managing budgets effectively.

Events & Training:

Attending and organizing trade shows, conferences, and CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
