Job Summary:



The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves developing strong relationships with medical personnel, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge and ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Product Promotion:

Promote and detail company products to healthcare professionals through effective product presentations and discussions.

Sales Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Territory Management:

Plan and execute daily visit schedules and maintain coverage of all key customers in the assigned area.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.

Event Participation:

Organize or participate in medical conferences, product launches, and promotional events.

Reporting:

Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and other documentation accurately and on time.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in

Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (fresh graduates may also apply in entry-level roles). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Achievement of sales and growth targets. Number of calls and coverage of healthcare professionals. Market share increase in assigned territory. Quality of customer relationships and feedback. Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.

Work Conditions:



Field-based role involving daily travel within the assigned territory. May require attending conferences, workshops, or events outside regular business hours.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,469.25 per month
