Key Responsibilities:

Promoting Products:

MRs present and explain the features and benefits of their company's products to healthcare professionals.

Building Relationships:

They develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.

Achieving Sales Targets:

MRs are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by their company.

Gathering Feedback:

They collect feedback from healthcare professionals about the products and relay this information back to the company.

Staying Updated:

MRs need to stay informed about new medical developments, competitor products, and industry trends.

Maintaining Records:

They keep detailed records of their interactions with healthcare professionals and manage product samples.

Compliance:

MRs ensure they adhere to ethical practices and industry regulations.

Training and Education:

They may conduct product training for healthcare professionals and participate in medical seminars.
Skills Required:

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

MRs need to be excellent communicators to effectively present products and build relationships.

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

They should be able to persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe or use their company's products.

Product Knowledge:

MRs must have a thorough understanding of their company's products and the medical field in general.

Organization and Time Management:

They need to manage their time effectively, plan visits, and track sales performance.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

MRs need to be able to address customer queries and analyze sales data.
