Role Overview

Pharma One is seeking a results-driven and strategic

Medical representative

to lead and expand sales operations across the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical industry expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth while building a high-performing sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify growth opportunities across products, markets, and customer segments. Enhance market penetration and strengthen brand presence within the assigned territory.
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to deliver high performance. Define KPIs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement improvement plans. Organize training and development initiatives to upskill the sales force. Promote a performance-driven and ethical sales culture.
Key Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and institutional clients. Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term commercial agreements. Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive engagement.
Market Analysis & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decisions. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review. Recommend initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams. Ensure timely order processing, stock availability, and issue resolution.
Requirements

Minimum 3

years of experience

in pharmaceutical sales, including leadership or managerial exposure. Strong knowledge of pharma products, distribution channels, and regional market dynamics. Proven track record of leading teams and achieving ambitious sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
