Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Promotion & Sales
Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and therapeutic advantages.
Ensure strong brand visibility and product recall in the assigned territory.
Doctor & Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and healthcare staff.
Conduct regular field visits as per beat plan.
Handle queries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Territory & Market Coverage
Plan and execute daily call plans to maximize territory coverage.
Identify new doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to expand the customer base.
Ensure effective market penetration and prescription generation.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
Share market feedback and insights with the reporting manager.
Compliance & Ethics
Adhere to company policies, ethical marketing practices, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic segments.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in doctor detailing and prescription generation.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
