Job Title: (MR)Sales & Marketing Executive - Medical Sector

Location : Jatauli Mandi, Gurgaon

Salary : ₹18,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Experience : Minimum 3 years (mandatory) in Medical Sales/Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical products/services to hospitals, clinics, labs, and doctors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.

Visit doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions regularly for product promotion.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups with clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with management.

Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and MIS as required.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales or medical marketing (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of medical products, healthcare market, and sales strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Willingness to travel locally for field work.

Graduate in any discipline (Medical/Life Science background preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare services.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
