Key Responsibilities
Promote company products to doctors (GPs, specialists) and chemists.
Generate prescriptions by effectively communicating product benefits.
Visit doctors regularly as per the planned call schedule.
Conduct product presentations during doctor meetings and CMEs.
Develop and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals.
Ensure availability of products at chemist shops and stockists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of daily calls (DCR) and submit reports on time.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Participate in market surveys, promotional campaigns, and field activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence doctors.
Good product knowledge and willingness to learn continuously.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
