. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving prescription-based sales, building strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and ensuring effective implementation of our marketing strategies in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
Promote the company's pharmaceutical brands to doctors, chemists, and stockists through regular field visits.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and distributors.
Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and CMEs.
Maintain doctor call averages and ensure adequate market coverage as per company norms.
Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and share insights with the ASM.
Ensure timely submission of reports, prescriptions audit, and adherence to reporting protocols.
Maintain ethical conduct and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences (mandatory).
Experience:
0-5 years in pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
Track Record:
Candidates with prior experience in Madurai and adjoining markets preferred.
Skills Required
