Job Details:

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Bihar

Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales (preferably in the healthcare/medical equipment industry)

Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month / Salary is Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Bihar region

? Identify and onboard new distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals

? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base. ? Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.

? Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends. ? Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Key Skills Required:

? Strong sales and negotiation skills

? Experience in the healthcare/medical equipment industry preferred

? Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
