Job Details:

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Bihar

Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales (preferably in the healthcare/medical equipment industry)

Salary: ₹20,000 -
25,000 per month / Salary is Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Bihar region


Identify and onboard new distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals


Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.


Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Key Skills Required:


Strong sales and negotiation skills


Experience in the healthcare/medical equipment industry preferred


Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
