We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our dynamic marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase patient referrals.

Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to present information about Meher Hospital's specialties, services, and infrastructure.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key medical professionals.

Organize and participate in promotional activities, seminars, and workshops to enhance hospital visibility.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Meher Hospital's facilities, services, and any new developments.

Gather market intelligence and feedback from the medical community and report it to the management.

Maintain detailed records of visits, contacts, and activities.

Collaborate effectively with the hospital's marketing and administrative teams.

Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and healthcare industry trends.

Adhere to ethical guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, and sales skills. Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
