Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize health camps in coordination with hospitals, doctors, and local authorities. Identify suitable camp locations based on community needs and outreach goals. Liaise with medical professionals, vendors, NGOs, and other stakeholders to arrange required resources. Ensure all logistics (venue setup, equipment, staff, transportation, permissions) are arranged on time. Promote upcoming camps through local outreach, posters, digital campaigns, and community networking. Maintain camp attendance records, patient registrations, and service utilization data. Handle on-ground camp management and troubleshoot any issues in real-time. Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate camp effectiveness. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on camp performance and submit to the reporting manager. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and ethical guidelines during the events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in field coordination, public health, event management, or a similar role. Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities. Proficient in local language(s) and familiar with the regional geography. Willing to travel frequently to different locations as per camp schedule. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
