Job Description

A Medical Representative's role is to serve as the link between a pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals, promoting the company's products (medicines, medical devices) to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Key responsibilities include educating healthcare providers about product benefits, usage, and side effects, building strong professional relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing market feedback to the company. Core Responsibilities

Product Promotion:

Presenting information about the features, benefits, and clinical efficacy of a company's medicines and medical equipment to doctors and other healthcare providers.

Information Dissemination:

Providing detailed information on product usage, dosage, potential side effects, and scientific evidence to ensure correct application.

Sales and Target Achievement:

Working to generate demand for new and existing products, increase sales volumes, and meet set sales targets within a designated territory.

Relationship Building:

Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals to foster trust and encourage product prescriptions.

Market Feedback:

Gathering feedback from the market and relaying it to the company, helping with product development and strategic planning.
