Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, and Paediatrics
. This role demands strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion
: Promote and create awareness about the company's portfolio among doctors (Gynecologists, Orthopaedicians, Physicians, Paediatricians) through ethical detailing.
Doctor Visits
: Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory to ensure brand presence and generate prescriptions.
Scientific Communication
: Deliver product information backed by clinical data, handle objections professionally, and support doctors with product literature and samples.
Territory Management
: Plan and execute daily field activities, maintain doctor call averages, and manage doctor coverage frequency as per company norms.
Relationship Building
: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and stockists.
Market Intelligence
: Keep track of competitor activities, new product launches, and market dynamics to provide feedback to management.
Sales Achievement
: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain proper documentation of field work, doctor interactions, and sales progress via daily call reports and CRM tools.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy / Commerce

Freshers with good communication skills and science background may also be considered
