We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Executive
to lead the development of our
Doctor Consortium Network
. The ideal candidate should have
at least 5 years of experience
in pharmaceutical sales, medical marketing, or healthcare business development, with a strong network of doctors across specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and onboard doctors from various specialties to form consortiums.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Present and promote Medyseva's consortium model to doctors, explaining its benefits and impact.
Strategize and execute plans to expand the doctor network across multiple regions.
Ensure active participation of onboarded doctors and address any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations.
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for network expansion.
Travel extensively to meet doctors, medical institutions, and healthcare stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in medical sales, pharma marketing, or business development in the healthcare sector.
Strong existing relationships with doctors across specialties.
Proven ability to build and expand professional networks in the medical field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
