Role Overview: The Medical Representative (MR) will be responsible for promoting The Oats Company's health and nutrition products (such as oats, protein oats, muesli, and healthy snacks) to doctors, dieticians, nutritionists, hospitals, and health centers. The MR will build strong professional relationships, generate prescriptions/recommendations, and expand product awareness in the healthcare community. Key Responsibilities: Promote and detail The Oats Company products to doctors, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers. Conduct product presentations, sampling, and awareness campaigns. Achieve sales and marketing targets assigned for the territory. Maintain records of calls, visits, and prescriptions generated. Collect feedback and market insights to support product development. Represent the brand professionally at medical conferences, seminars, and events. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Nutrition (preferred). 0-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers can apply). Good communication and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
