About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to promote our advanced aesthetics and cosmetology portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and clinic partners, driving awareness and sales for premium skin, hair, and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market the company's aesthetic & cosmetology products/treatments to doctors, clinics, and wellness centers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and practitioners.

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and marketing presentations for medical professionals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.

Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in aesthetic medicine.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, workshops, and CMEs.

Maintain detailed records of visits, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical promotional practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline (B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBA preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative (preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, or skincare).

Strong understanding of aesthetic and cosmetic treatment categories (e.g., injectables, peels, skincare, regenerative solutions).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Prior experience in promoting premium aesthetic or dermaceutical brands.
