Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Medical Sales Representative

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing technical expertise on our range of medical equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of medical devices and excellent sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development

Identify, target, and engage potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers. Generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for medical equipment.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers. Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales service, and resolve issues promptly.

Market Research and Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare needs. Identify new business opportunities and recommend product improvements based on customer feedback.

Technical Support and Product Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of medical devices, equipment specifications, and industry standards. Train healthcare professionals on proper usage and maintenance of medical devices.

Sales Reporting and Documentation

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

Technical Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in

Biomedical Engineering

,

Medical Electronics

,

Life Sciences

,

Healthcare Technology

, or related fields. Understanding of medical devices, diagnostics equipment, surgical instruments, and healthcare technology solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong technical acumen to understand and explain complex medical equipment.

Experience Requirements:



Minimum 1

years

of proven experience in medical sales or healthcare product sales. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Prior experience in handling medical devices such as diagnostic machines, surgical instruments, or hospital equipment is preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical presentation and demonstration abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):



Certification in

Medical Device Sales (CMDS)

or similar programs. Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO standards).
