Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals consistently. Conduct product presentations and demonstrate clinical benefits effectively to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management efficiently. Collect and report competitor information and market trends accurately. Attend conferences, workshops, and meetings to expand professional knowledge. Provide feedback from clients to improve product development and strategy. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies always.

Skill & Experience

Strong communication skills to explain product benefits clearly and persuasively. Excellent negotiation skills for closing sales and managing client expectations. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry standards. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Good time management skills for scheduling visits and completing reports. Customer-oriented mindset to build trust and long-term professional relationships.
