Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion & Sales
Promote and present pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned area.
Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies as per the company's call plan.
Collect feedback on product performance and market needs.
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and market trends.
Prepare daily call reports, sales summaries, and customer feedback reports.
Provide timely and accurate data to management.
Training & Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's products and therapeutic areas.
Attend company meetings, training programs, and medical conferences.
Compliance
Ensure all promotional activities comply with medical ethics and regulatory standards.
Follow company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
