Job Description

Position: Medical Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical syringes used for various applications such as IV drips, dialysis, and diabetes care.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical distributors.

Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

Conduct regular field visits and provide product information to healthcare professionals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred).

Total experience: 2-5 years.

Age limit: Up to 31 years.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ?5 LPA (maximum).

Hike of 20-30% on current CTC.

Additional benefits include Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA).

Interview Process:

Round 1: Telephonic interview

Round 2: Virtual interview

Offer letter will be issued after successful completion of the second round.

Training:

Selected candidates will be required to attend a 1-week training program in Faridabad.
