Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's Medical consumes products to Hospital, clinics, diagnostic centers, & healthcare institutions.

Schedule appointments and conduct product presentations to healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth objectives.

Provide accurate information about product quality

Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards during promotions.

Plan and execute territory sales strategies effectively.

Maintain records of sales calls, appointments, and customer interactions.

Participate in training sessions, conferences, and team meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or any related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical consumables.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,755.25 - ₹30,515.49 per month
