Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion

Promote the company's products to doctors and pharmacists. Explain product features, benefits, dosage, and possible side effects.

Building Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Act as a trusted resource for medical and product-related information.

Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Monitor and analyze sales performance in their assigned territory.

Market Feedback

Collect and report feedback from doctors and the market (e.g., competitor activity, product performance).

Territory Management

Plan daily schedules, manage routes, and ensure timely visits to clients. Attend medical conferences or events to stay updated and build networks.

Reporting & Documentation

Submit regular reports on visits, sales, and market insights to the regional or area manager.
