Medical representative (Medical Devices)

Experience:

2 - 4 years in experience medical or pharmaceutical sales (MR or similar role)

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell a range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Deliver effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare providers. Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Monitor market trends, gather customer insights, and share feedback to support product and sales strategy development. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Highly self-motivated Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
