Ultimately, an outstanding Medical Representative should be able to continually meet or exceed the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales targets. Responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for building relations with the doctors, implementing strategies and building brands in Their Headquarter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Calling on Doctors with pre-determined frequency to promote, discuss, remind, and sample pharmaceutical brands of the company in the assigned territory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submission of Daily Reports giving details of day\xe2\x80\x99s work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Increasing Market share by insuring maximum Doctor Conversion during field visits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Focusing on Conversion, Target Achievement and root cause identification for non- achievement of targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for building relations with Pharmacies and Hospital Medical Team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting Retail chemists to make sure that the brands are easily available. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have good experience in Scientific / Medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve financial objectives.
