Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience including, meeting Pet & Vet doctors, chemists and managing the distributors. \xc2\xb7 Identifying and establishing new business. \xc2\xb7 Negotiating contracts. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists. \xc2\xb7 Undertaking relevant research. \xc2\xb7 Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining detailed records. \xc2\xb7 Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. \xc2\xb7 Managing budgets. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing sales performance. \xc2\xb7 Writing reports and other documents. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary targets month after month for the HQs assigned. \xc2\xb7 Adapt in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the Reporting Manager. \xc2\xb7 Present technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to customers. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.
