Operating across Gujarat, we focus on promoting scientifically backed formulations through a professional team of medical representatives and healthcare specialists.

Job Overview: The Manager - Ethical Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the field force of 20 Medical Representatives across different cities of Gujarat. The role involves strategic planning, sales target achievement, team development, and ensuring ethical promotion of company brands to doctors and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Supervise, motivate, and guide the team of 20 Medical Representatives.

Conduct joint field work, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

Implement company's marketing strategies and promotional activities ethically.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, stockists, and distributors.

Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance and market feedback reports.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in Gujarat.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry codes, and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

In-depth understanding of ethical pharma marketing.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in sales planning, reporting, and territory management.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in ethical pharmaceutical sales.

Proven track record of managing a team of medical representatives in Gujarat or nearby regions.
