Job summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our range of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant outlets within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, providing in- depth product information, meeting sales targets, and contributing to increased brand awareness and market share for our Ayurvedic and wellness offerings.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products to target customers. Present detailed information about product benefits, composition, usage guidelines, and potential side effects.

Effectively communicate the unique selling points and clinical benefits that differentiate our products from competitors' offerings.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the territory. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and other relevant clients.

Establish and foster trust through regular visits, prompt responses to queries, and continuous support.

Understand the needs and preferences of healthcare professionals to tailor communication and product recommendations effectively.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, including Ayurvedic formulations, wellness products, and relevant medical information.

Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, dosage, and benefits of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities within the Ayurvedic and wellness sectors.

One should have a good connect with doctors and distributors etc.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or marketing is often preferred.

Allopathic or Ayurvedic Experience both are accepted.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
