Job Description

1. Sales & Promotion



Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct product detailing and presentations to increase brand awareness and prescription generation. Meet daily / weekly call averages and follow the planned tour program.

2. Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacy staff. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing product support.

3. Territory Management



Plan and execute monthly sales strategies to achieve territory targets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends and share insights with the management. Ensure proper coverage of all key customers within the designated area.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily call reports, doctor list updates, and activity logs. Submit sales data, feedback, and market intelligence to managers on time. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

5. Product Knowledge



Acquire in-depth knowledge of product portfolio, disease areas, and treatment protocols. Attend training programs and continuous learning sessions as required.
