Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to introduce and promote Arigatoo Rehab and Wellness Centre services
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and hospital staff
Explain rehabilitation programs, therapies, and treatment benefits clearly and accurately
Generate patient referrals and follow up regularly with healthcare partners
Conduct presentations and meetings with doctors and hospital management when required
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback from doctors
Maintain daily visit reports and referral tracking records
Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams for smooth patient onboarding
Participate in health camps, CMEs, hospital events, and promotional activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in medical marketing, healthcare sales, or hospital marketing
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with doctors and hospitals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented
Basic knowledge of rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or wellness services is an advantage
Willingness to travel locally for field visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,136.02 - ₹50,720.49 per month
Experience:
Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)
