About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Medical Representative

to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate company products to

doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies

. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

in the assigned territory. Conduct

regular visits

to healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions. Implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities. Maintain updated records of

customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback

. Ensure proper

territory coverage

, route planning, and reporting. Develop strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the medical community. Stay updated on

competitor products, market trends, and customer needs

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Pharmacy, BSc Life Science.

0-1 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers welcomed with strong communication). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet targets and work independently. Willingness to travel within Bangalore. Good command of

English and local languages
