Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and manage key accounts across the assigned region Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination and service delivery Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth

Required Skills:



Proven track record in pharma sales or key account management (1-4 years) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of healthcare market dynamics

Educational Qualifications (Mandatory):



B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology B.Tech in Biotechnology or related field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
