About Us:
Phiawell offers preventive healthcare plans through our website Phiawell.com and on-demand home healthcare services such as nurses, caretakers, and physiotherapists via our web app Phia.care.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Medical Representative to visit doctors across Jammu and onboard them to prescribe Phiawell's preventive care plans and recommend our nurse-at-home services via Phia.care to their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals regularly to promote Phiawell preventive care plans and Phia.care home healthcare services.

Onboard doctors to start prescribing and recommending our plans and services.

Educate healthcare professionals about our offerings through presentations and discussions.

Build long-term professional relationships with doctors and clinics.

Meet monthly onboarding and engagement targets.

Gather feedback and insights from doctors for service improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in medical sales/healthcare marketing is an advantage.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong networking ability and willingness to travel across Jammu.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
