: Part-Time Medical Representative (Gynecology Focus)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-networked Medical Representative (MR) to join our team part-time. The role involves engaging with gynecologists, obstetricians, and women's health practitioners to introduce and promote our fertility and women's health services. The MR will be responsible for relationship-building, brand awareness, and referral generation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists and women's health practitioners. Present and promote fertility and women's health treatments offered by the clinic. Organize and attend doctors' meetings, CMEs, and local medical events to expand the referral network. Provide educational material and updates on new treatment offerings. Ensure regular follow-up with doctors for patient referrals and feedback. Track outreach activities and report weekly progress.
Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferred in gynecology/IVF/women's health). Existing network of gynecologists in Delhi NCR is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Ability to commit to part-time work (approx. 3-4 hours/day, flexible schedule)
