Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Medical Representative

to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Schedule appointments and meet with healthcare professionals to present product information and deliver product samples. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and healthcare community. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor competitors' activities and report market trends. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer details, and sales data. Participate in company meetings, training programs, and promotional events. Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present medical and scientific information effectively. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
