Key Responsibilities

Call on doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies across assigned Chennai territory. Present product information confidently and conduct product demonstrations. Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Meet weekly and monthly sales and call target metrics. Maintain accurate daily call reports and market feedback. Attend regular training, field coaching, and sales meetings.
Who Should Apply

Fresh graduates from any discipline; B.Sc, B.Pharm, life sciences graduates preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication in English and Tamil; basic Hindi is a plus. Comfortable with daily travel across Chennai; able to work independently. Positive attitude, result-oriented, punctual, and coachable. Preferably 0-1 year in sales or customer-facing internships, but freshers strongly encouraged.
Compensation and Incentives

Base salary:

?10,000-?25,000 per month depending on location, qualifications, and role.

Incentives:

Uncapped monthly/quarterly incentives and spot bonuses for targets achieved.

Allowances:

Daily travel allowance or mileage reimbursement; mobile and other field allowances as applicable.
