The Field Marketer is responsible for promoting the dermatology clinic's services through on-ground marketing activities, networking, partnerships, and community engagement. This role involves building brand awareness, driving new patient acquisition, and increasing footfall through targeted field campaigns. The Field Marketer acts as the external representative of the clinic and ensures that all outreach efforts uphold the clinic's professional image.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Marketing & Outreach
Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as leaflet distribution, canopy setups, mall activations, and local promotions.
Promote dermatology services including skincare treatments, laser services, cosmetic procedures, and health packages.
Visit corporate offices, gyms, salons, spas, residential communities, and other potential referral points to introduce clinic offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with partners to generate leads and referrals.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Collect and document leads generated from field activities.
Educate potential clients about clinic services, offers, and benefits.
Coordinate with the clinic's reception or sales team to follow up on leads for appointments and consultations.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
3. Branding & Visibility
Ensure proper placement of marketing materials such as standees, brochures, posters, and banners.
Represent the clinic professionally at events, medical camps, skin awareness drives, and corporate wellness programs.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns aligned with the clinic's branding guidelines.
4. Market Research & Competitor Tracking
Identify new marketing opportunities and potential target areas.
Monitor competitor clinics, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Provide weekly reports on field performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
5. Coordination & Administrative Support
Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns and track performance.
Maintain logs of daily activities, visits, and lead data.
Support digital marketing campaigns with offline promotional activities when required.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional activities (healthcare or wellness industry is a plus).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and able to engage with people in public spaces.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet targets.
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Working Conditions
Field-based role with frequent travel to target locations.
Requires standing for long periods during promotions and on-ground campaigns.
Occasional work during weekends and events.
