Job Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists within the assigned territory. The role focuses on product detailing, relationship-building, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong market visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists regularly to promote assigned products. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals. Generate prescriptions from targeted doctors and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical staff. Ensure availability and visibility of products at chemist shops. Plan daily visits and maintain territory coverage efficiently. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports. Participate in cycle meetings, training programs, and promotional activities. Manage product samples, marketing inputs, and inventory responsibly.
Qualifications Required:

B.Sc., B.Pharma, BBA, or any graduate degree. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply (pharma sales preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license required. Good knowledge of Delhi territory and local areas.
Skills Needed:

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Confidence in meeting doctors and healthcare professionals. Basic computer skills for reporting. Time management and target orientation. Positive attitude and willingness to travel

Pay: ?11,579.14 - ?35,000.00 per month
