Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals to promote company products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and detailings to healthcare professionals.
Generate prescriptions through effective product promotion.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Collect market insights and competitor information.
Ensure regular follow-up with doctors and chemists.
Manage daily reports, call logs, and territory plans.
Participate in promotional activities, CME programs, and product campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or any related field.
Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of MR experience are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
