Job Profile: Medical Representative (Based in Delhi, BHAGIRATH PALACE )

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Medical Representative to coordinate with medicine wholesalers in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day requirements, build strong relationships with healthcare providers and stockists, and ensure timely fulfillment of medicine supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and medicine wholesalers in Chandni Chowk.

- Understand and assess the daily stock requirements of wholesalers.

- Order Management

- Facilitate and coordinate the procurement and supply of medicines based on daily requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

- Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain good relationships with stockists, chemists, and healthcare providers.

- Address their queries and resolve issues related to orders smoothly.

- Communication & Reporting:

- Maintain clear communication channels with the company's inventory and logistics teams.

- Provide daily/weekly updates on stock requirements, delivery status, and market feedback.

- Compliance & Documentation:

- Follow all regulatory guidelines related to pharmaceutical marketing and distribution.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, approvals, and follow-up actions.

- Market Intelligence:

- Gather insights on competitor activities and market trends in Chandni Chowk.

- Share feedback with the management to improve service and reach.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or operations, preferably in Delhi.

- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, especially in Chandni Chowk.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with wholesalers and internal teams.

- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

- Local candidate from Delhi preferred.
