Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Meet sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical staff.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
Manage sales territory and plan regular visits to assigned clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and handle customer queries effectively.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
Participate in conferences, medical exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Pharmacy, Science, or any relevant field
(preferred).
0-2 years
of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
