Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships while achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory. Conduct product presentations and provide information about therapeutic benefits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs) and promotional activities. Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and feedback from healthcare providers. Coordinate with stockists/distributors to ensure product availability. Submit regular reports on sales performance and market updates.

Qualification Required:

Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field. 0-3 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Good presentation and product knowledge skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
