Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Organize product presentations, CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, and promotional activities.
Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.
Submit daily call reports, territory sales data, and feedback to the manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field
(preferred).
1-3 years of experience
as a Medical Representative (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets (for experienced candidates).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
